Trying to be missional!
My wife and I try to spend time with two couples at least once every two weeks that used to live in our neighborhood who are unchurched. Last night we went and at Sushi with them.
We had a great time. One of the couples is a little older than Nan and I and have been married for 5 years. The other couple is engaged, living together, and about to be married. I have found that I am never the one who has to bring up the "spiritual talk." They always do...and are all deeply spiritual people, but just don't attend church. If you've read Barna's book "Revolution," that describes them. I have shared extensively with them about Christ, my church, my spiritual walk and I have listened as they have shared with me about their lives.
If there ever was relational evangelism in my life...this is it. I continue to pray for them...and I believe that God is going to do something awesome in their lives.

Jason, it took me a little while to find your blog. Glad to hear that God is blessing. We appreciate you coming to Grady County to minister to our young people.
I was only able to attend one night of the revival and had to leave immediately so was not able to meet you. I did enjoy the message that you brought on Tuesday night, though. God bless.
